Rooms great, breakfast great, clean, comfortable, ease of checking in and out, great location right off i20. Service got a low star because there was a man with a big dirty dog going to almost every single person taking up their entire breakfast time talking and the dog was in the dining area and the holding area for the food just so he could talk to someone and the staff did and said nothing. I find that to be gross. If he was getting food with a service animal then I might understand.
This place is worthy of more than 5-stars. Miss Emma, Gabby an the night staff are awesome!..Very attentive, friendly an go that little extra to make your stay comfortable..
Excellent rooms, so clean. Matt, was at the front desk when we checked in after 9pm and was so kind and welcoming. The fitness room was excellent. Breakfast was ok, not the best we have seen, but we are towards the end of service.
This place is a gem. Prime location very accessible to the highway with a few eateries nearby. Staff is amazing and professional. Rooms are PRISTINE! And very spacious! Decent hot breakfast, working appliances and all plugs work too. Excess plugs for phones and all gadgets. Plenty of Dove soap, moisturizers and handsoaps which I love! Comfortable beds. What is there not to love!!!! 10/10 highly recommend and WILL stay again!! The brand should be very proud of this specific location and chain! Great job to the management and staff!
I travel almost all year long for work and this was one of the NICEST hotels I’ve stayed at. The check-in receptionists were a couple of the most welcoming & accommodating women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. House keeping was equally respectable. I was able to walk around my room barefoot & still have clean feet afterwards! They keep the entire hotel nice & cool & the washer & dryer actually work on the first run. If you’re weary & need a place to feel at home, away from home, do not hesitate to book with this hotel.
It is right off the highway. We have been on a 1500-mile family vacation. Just stopped here to sleep. It had the most comfortable bed on the entire trip. The free breakfast was very limited. The kids ate waffles, they probably would have eaten the same thing if the selection had been larger. We didn't get to check out the pool. I would definitely stay there again. It was a little over 100 bucks
In nearly 2 decades of teaching and traveling with students I have NEVER had such a smooth and amazing experience. Rooms and assignments (which we regularly send out) were done and organized and labeled. When they found out half my group was leaving before breakfast they rescheduled opening to give them a chance to eat before competition. Entire staff was awesome, Donna Biggs you run an amazing hotel and your desk clerks we worked with were fantastic!
This is an excellent specimen of Holiday Inn Express & Suites; Perfectly clean; Friendly professional employees that actually seem to understand what it means to be in the hospitality industry. Room was perfect; Good beds; Good pillows; Good TV channel selection; good breakfast bar. Definitely in my top 10% for Holiday Inn Express. I will save this hotel and come here again. Job well done!
